Nilgiris — dehradhuni biryani rice

I purchased 2 kg of dehradunui biryani rice from your store located in race course in coimbatore on monday evening. Upon opening the packs on wednesday morning, to my shock it was full of worms. Never in my wildest dreams did i feel nilgiris would do this since i'm a regularly purchase my groceries items from nilgiris for the last three years. This is totally unacceptable as i paid a whooping inr 163 for each of those packets. I want nilgiris to answer on this as well exchange the packets because it is them who are solely responsible.
