This is in regard to Nilgiri store situated at Hoodi Circle, Bangalore.
I had a bill of amount 64/- and gave my debit card for payment. They denied the card payment and said you will have to buy stuff for Rs. 100/- for card payment.
In my knowledge, i dont think there is any policy as such and in case there is, you should put a notice on same at the cash counter.
The manager was too rude to discuss on the same, hence i was bound to call customer care. Such bad customer support experience i have never faced till date.
They had put my call on hold as nobody was aware what to do? I spoke to several representatives, nobody had an answer neither they registered the complaint. When i asked to transfer to senior representative, she denied and said we will call back in one hour, till then u wait at the store. Seriously? M i so jobless?
