I have met with this problem 2 time in nilgiris in Chennai 603103...I purchased a cool drink of 90/- I have only 85/- and their is no ATM near by me and I'm 5 km far from my home so I asked to accept card r patym they didn't accept any thing ..I have lift the store and came back ...I never again visit u store and I'll stop all my friend not go to purchase in your store...be side of that I have purchased that cool drink for 90/- by card payment...

I purchased 2 kg of dehradunui biryani rice from your store located in race course in coimbatore on monday evening. Upon opening the packs on wednesday morning, to my shock it was full of worms. I have purchased cashew icing plum cake inside the infant jesus church vivek nagar bangalore on christmas day. While cutting the cake itself egg foul odor smell came. I have removed the icing and ate the plum cake and found lot of egg shells were present inside the cake. I have purchased a Nilgiris Plum cake on 24th from local shop on Hennur Main Road. It was a sealed pack. After one bite only we realized egg shells are present in the cake. After breaking the cake into horizontal layers we found big chunks of egg shells inside. Please look into the matter. This is in regard to Nilgiri store situated at Hoodi Circle, Bangalore.
I had a bill of amount 64/- and gave my debit card for payment. They denied the card payment and said you will have to buy stuff for Rs. 100/- for card payment.
In my knowledge, i dont think there is any policy as such and in case there is, you should put a notice on same at the cash counter.
The manager was too rude to discuss...

I purchased cream bun which is a product of nilgiris. Been noticing this since couple of purchases that the name is cream bun but in the packet we get only the bun and not the cream in it. Kids who love bun are actually interested in the cream and if that is not provided as promised then what is the point in paying for it. I have no clue how they even pack such false things to fool people. Am extremely frustrated with this service provided...

Hi. I recently bought the nilgiris bread light rusk. The quality was pathetic but i ignored. Today was the limit, when i chewed the rusk a plastic piece and a thread cane out from it. Is this what you supply to your customers? It's very cheap on your part (Nilgiris). I expect you to look into this matter asap and get back to me. I am extremely unhappy. The quality of your products is decreasing by the day. Look into it.

Today on 29'th February 2016, I went to Nilgiris to purchase few things. when I went to chose a deodorant, to chose a perfect deo I took 1 sample deo, and test it, while testing one shop person came and ask don't spray, I say its a testing product. He replied in a very bad manner that 50 testing product are finished in this way, So, I took different product and to check from outside without spraying just by smelling. but it was boxed not...

i had tremendous faith in Nilgiris (based on my relationships with Nilgiris Brigade Road Bangalore in 1988) till this morning when it was shattered by the Padmavathiar Road, Gopalapuram, Chennai branch of the super market called Gupta Impex.

I bought a nail clipper from that shop for 40 rupees and the moment I used it the thing broke. when i approached Mr. Gupta he said: no replacement...

many many products have crossed their expiry date but they still kepp it .. especially diary products of their own company...
