[Resolved]  Nilgiris — Old Stock Double horse matta rice - Padur,Chennai

Myself Sunil, bought 5kg rice from Nilgris outlet at Padur, Chennai and found that it was an old stock with fungus inside..i returned the rice and they given another pack which i used for two days and found that again it was the same old stock having fungus inside. But i came to know about to only after two days as the rice at the top layer seems ok. I again went back to the shop which is 5km from my flat and told the whole story to Shop manager. His response was very bad that as we said it is not fault with Nilgris but only with Double horse and he could not give the full compensation back to me. At least i expected a good behaviour from the shop people. But instead they weighed the pack and said that already 2.46 kg is used and used calculator to calculate the compensation to be given to me for the remaining rice which i found very insulting. I expected atleast a good behaviour from them as i was returning this for the second time and as the rice at the top layer was ok, i dint notice the fungus until i saw that. Atleast the shop shud give the full compensation for the pack. Sunil - [protected]
