Nokia India — Nokia 130 dual sim | |||
Bought a Nokia 130 dual sim on 30.5.2015. Immediately after purchase in Feb 2016 it gave complaint of both receiving and talking. Submitted the same to the purchaser SMS Mobiles at Chalakudy 680307 who told me that if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced as it is within warranty period of 6 months. Even after constant reminders they have not replaced the instrument. Finally today on 6.5.16 they have given me an old repaired set stating that this is what they have received from their service centre today. It has a different IMEI number also from the one I have purchased. Could you help me out please or should I bear with the loss and think that this is NOKIA service?
