Northern Railway — non receipt of bike till date

Sir, I had booked one hero honda motor cycle on 01 May 15 (bill no. 746968) bearing registration no. BR01BC1568 at railway station bhatinda for railway station patna but till date not received at patna jn. Complain has aready lodged at DRM Office nr cell danapur. The bike has been loaded in rear compart of toofan exp(13008) as told by booking clk bhatinda to nr cell staff . Please trace my bike and send it to pnbe (patna). Railway staff is not giving the office no. for enquiry & not telling even his name. Thank you.
