I had applied for just a chnage of my address in PAN card online(ADPPN0945B), I cant understand why does NSDL need to re issue a new PAN card when there is no data that changes in the PAN card,They can juts update their records with the new address and intimate us.To add to the trouble , My change of address process is held up because it says my photo sent is not ok. I had lost my PAN card and applied for a reprint. Some of the documents needed to be resent and this i dispatched them on 9/5/2011 through DTDC courier via tracking no. Z36760299 on 9/5/2011. This was delivered on 11/5/2011 and received by some NSDL seal. The Delivery run sheet i received from DTDC is attached.

But whenever i try to contact the NSDL customer care, they come up with only one answer and thats we have not received...
