O General — cooling is not up to the mark

Sir, had registered a complaint on April 5th 2014 complaint no. VIJ[protected] and remained you the same about 3 times. But till now no one had attended to solve my problem. Such a poor response from your side. Is this is the right way to treat the customers?? Please, send me service engineer as early as possible.
