Ola cab drive demand extra charge ola cab app 283 rupees but driver ask 500 rupees and not online only cash I paid to 500 rupees cash payment please solve the problem refund by money...

I am using Ola for lots of time and paid lots of cab charges. Now just for Rs.288 unable to clear the dues. Tried all the options with app and online. It doesnt go to next payment page ta all. Requested Ola support too. No resolution yet to clear the dues. Already late fees are getting added. Now after mailing they just waived the late fees for few days alone. Again it's going to get added in next 2 days. But getting multiple calls continuously...

Blacklist this cab and cab driver as he is taking money In cash from customers and then not updating in Ola app. And ola is not supporting to customers in cash payment....

Yesterday evening i booked a ola auto and in the end of the ride i paid the driver directly to his phonepe account, but in ola app it shows the amount is outstanding and i am unable to book any other rides . Please resolve my issue ....

The vehicle was different from that was mentioned in the Ola app in my mobile. But the driver accepted the OTP and it was validated too.

I've been receiving spam robotic calls marked from Ola and it has been interrupting my day and my work. It starts from 8 am and ends at 12 am. It has been really frustrating and each number I keep blocking but I get calls from different numbers every time.

Recently I updated my mobile number in ola after which my ola postpaid got disabled and also I am unable to use my ola money wallet balance for any ride, while selecting the option as ola money wallet it's always asking to add money in wallet and the it's showing the balance as Rs 0 though my wallet has Rs 861.Though I have sent mail to ola support team but still didn't get any resolution from them.
