On 29/05/2023 I travelled from nirala estate, noida to sector 23 Ghaziabad.
For which the bill was of Rupees 312. I paid the amount to ola driver on completion of journey through upi id whereas a same amount of money is charged on me through ola postpaid wallet. I contacted the driver about the same, in reply of which he told me that he can't do anything as the payment mode was shown by cash.

On 26 May 2023, I had booked an Ola cab to travel from Powai to Family Court in BKC, Mumbai. At the time of booking the cab the fare shown was ₹364. I purchased the ola scooter in the month of February 2023 but I am completely disappointed with the quality of ola scooter. Firstly the scooter side stand is broken within 20 days of purchase, we got it repaired on next day by expending Rs.600.

I have been charged extra amount due to traffic . I was shown 373 fare and had to pay 425 by the end. Traffic jam is not customer fault, this is totally illegal and unacceptable. I had taken a ride as per attached invoice on 27th May 2023, my ride amount made Rs 258 out of which Rs 236 we're deducted from my paytm account but my driver took cash of whole Rs 258 and said no amount is received by him via paytm. On 15.04.2023 afternoon, undersigned booked an Ola cab from Noida to MDI Gurgaon for Rs. 684.00. The vehicle broke down enroute resulting in not only delay and inconvenience but also additional cost of Rs. 305.00 -towards hiring another cab to reach the destination - after paying to the cab driver whatever he claimed there. I took a ride on 29th March 2023 by OLA Auto from Doddanagamangala (Electronic City 2) to Gangandona Halli, Bangalore.
I have paid 750 rs cash to the driver after the ride and my OLA postpaid was also deducted with 500 rs I have complained about this at the support center.

I received a notice from Ola asking me to clear the outstanding dues from Olamoney postpaid which showed 481rs (158rs + 328rs). I immediately emailed them to revise the amount as I paid the 328rs in cash to the driver directly. Regarding the Ola ride CRN [protected] (Shoib KA01AH9278 Ola auto). During the ongoing ride I paid 241rs via phonepe. Once the ride was completed the driver claimed that he did not receive the online payment, so he demanded payment via cash of 250rs.

I would like a refund of the amount which was paid via phonepe (241rs) as we already paid the amount in cash to the driver directly....

Hello Ola Team/Nodal Officer/Grievance cell Team,

The driver cheated me as he dropped me at the location but did not end the trip and he went to some other location using my booking, i got an excess amount of bill. Never accepting this kind of cheating.

You can check on your side that the locations are two different ones, which have booked another cab for the ride to go to my home and the ride ended location...
