Ride on wed oct 19, 02:35pm Cab white Indica Driver arvind Pal. OSN[protected] share book from khairani road to ghatkopar railway station. Issue : Charges 62rs from ola money. I didnt took a ride. I booked ola an opt option to pay from ola money. I booked share ride, when driver arrive so he already has customer in it. I sat in cab, than driver told me. "Sir, the customer who already seating he booked cab for parel. We have issue in our app. It mistakenly booked. I request you to book another cab." I doubted so i ask him to cancel from his end. Than he request me to call ola support for cancellation and book new cab for me which is in route. I reach ola support from app after email and call with ola they denied for refund. ola support ticket no #23672620. Company making fool to their customers. Company should be customer oriented.
