Ola Money — Money got debited but airtel bill did not get paid

Hi, I made a payment of my Airtel postpaid bill on 11th November from Ola Money wallet for Rs 600/- The money was debited then and there itself from Ola money wallet but the postpaid bill payment was not done. Customer care is unable to hel. They are saying it's successful from our end.

Hope you help resolve the issue.
