Dear all, please be informed that onida delhi service & complaints handling team along with their managers mr sanjay sisodia and mr prabhakar aren't able to do handle customer requests and complaints since past 6 months. My previous 25 complaints since sept 2015 are still in pending state and are not resolved. Latest complaint's done on may 1, may 3, may 14, may 17th, 2016 are still not been attended to repeated 10 - 15 calls to customer care number are a waste of time, as they put reminders on complaints and complaints team in delhi and their leaders are not handling complaints in a professional manner. Advising all consumers to please make an informed decision about buying onida products in future as you will not get timely service on these products... Was this information helpful? | |||||

Onida — slit ac compressor change in warranty
I already complain about my Ac compressor model no.18spd and complain number.1507a[protected] engineer is already visited but don't get any kind of acknowledgement I am going to take strict action sorry consumer court nowOnida — Onida Enjoy LEO32HE is not responding once i connect 1TB Hard disk
