[Resolved]  Onida — Sound Effects- Bad Quality

I Purchased Onida LEO39FD, last year in Oct, 2013, from Vijay Sales R3 Mall, Ahmedabad, with a name of my wife Kantu Kamal Tolani.The problem is when i increase the volume of my TV by more than 50%, the sound effects becomes such that I'm unable to enjoy the sound effects and the volume which I should be otherwise..I already complaint above the same to the company, but till date i haven't received the problem solved. Please remember that Customer Relationship Manager should look into this matter as soon as possible, as the probability of spreading the bad word of mouth is 12 times higher than that of a good one.Looking forward for your revert.Thanks, Kamal Tolani ([protected])
