Oplus — Not giving their service

I m calling Oplus service Center from A month near about 2 months...For A mobile Battery.. they are continuously forwarding the date of giving battery for mobile..From Over a month...I m caliing from near about 2 Months.. They just cut off the call..And Sometimes said Directly ("You can Complaint also..."). My mobile is just switch off from a month. And the oplus compony Does't sell their batterise even on any other sites or Shops.. Its batteries are only selling at their service center. They are not Serious about their customers.
