Oplus — Service within Warranty | |||||
I bought a phone online via snapdeal (Oplus Xonphone 5) on 09-Jan-2015. The phone being in the warranty period, i started facing some problems with the Display and touchscreen. - Date of Incident[protected] - Complaint No. - [protected] - Docket No (after 5 days of complaint registration) - [protected] - The Phone started Hanging for no reason, and till date i have not received any feedback from the company. - Phones are unreachable and sometimes when it connects, the customer care responds rudely.
