I have a problem with battery of phone and is not available here at any shops in our city also there is only one customer care no. Which is just irritating and useless
They don't even answer the call only the recording voice is being heard. Not for 5 or 10 minutes I have tried them since 1and a half month but only two times they had a conversation.
I am not at all being entertained by them. My phones warranty period is about to expire. I have not at all being cleared from their side that my problem will be sort out.
Calling for 40 mins above then also they r not answering the phone
