Oplus Tech — Battery issue and Very much heating problem

I bought this phone for 2 year service warranty but no proper service given by Oplus team, battery is very week unable to buy in out side market and phone is getting very much heat and software also got crashed please solve my issue asap it is very big issue for me.it is very bad service proving by this team, no proper response or no valid customer care number, no response of e-mails please take this issue in priority.

Battery gets over-heated, wi-fi and data get turn on automatically and evn newly installed apps are getting deleted itself
