Oplus Tech — Not responding to the request | |||||
I have email and tried to call the no. Given on the website oplus tech and there is no response for my mail from there side after a long wait. I mailed them many times to buy a new battery for my oplus xonphone 5 as the battery in unavailable in the market. And the no. Given on there website is not working. The only mail i'm getting is auto generated elated to the ticket but i'm trying to track ticket its showing nothing. I want to file complain against oplus tech as they are acting irresponsible on there part. I'm attaching two screenshots one which i have mailed and another there auto generated mail.
