Oplus Tech — Tablet not service not return

I have purchased a Tablet Oplus_Xonpad 7 from Oplus Company on 25 May 2015. Its IMEI no is [protected] with one year warranty. But, Within 3 Months o[censored]se the battery of Tablet gone malfunctioning. I contacted the customer care of Oplus & registered complaint no.1142 to get the tab repaired under warranty. They told me to send the Tablet to their Noida Service Center. The Tablet was couriered to Service Center on 23/09/2015 at that time, company committed to got it repaired within 10 days. But now they are giving next dates after 15, 20 days whenever I called them with excuse of "Spares not available."
