I have purchased a Oplus Xonphone 5 from snapdeal on 21 Nov 2014 and I am having my warranty date. Now the phone's battery has got damaged and it's getting switched off many times -during calling and working-. I registed a complaint in Oplus website 17/Oct/2015. They gave me a ticket nu which is [protected]. But they havn't responsed yet. I want my battery replaced. Their customer care service is not responding. I have called them many times.
