RE: Ticket Number : [protected], from [protected]@infosys.com dated 19/May/2015. I have had a terrible experience dealing with your customer service team. they broke my phone and are now trying to put the blame on the courier guys, this is insane. I have spoken to kameshwar multiple times and every time he promised to check and call back but never actually got back to me. Dear team i am using oplus xonphone 5 from Aug 2014 . i change the battery 2 times with the help of company number now company numbers are not working and no availabality of battery i am very disappointed. non sense service. pls do needful to get battery i will pay for what wil be the charge for battery.
