Optimist marketing is a fraud company which contacted me and proposed a discount card of worth RS 7450. They told me that this discount card can be used for online shopping where I'll get minimum 20% discount on each purchase. They also mentioned that I'll get extra discount (minimum 20%) on the discount sites would be offering.For example if MRP of a mobile is Rs 10, 000 and site is giving 10% off then I'll get that mobile at the most for Rs 7, 200 (after 20% discount on Rs 9, 000). To get these discount, they gave me a URL www.dealspedeals.com and told that I will have to loggin into this site using the card number and there I'll get various promo codes/discount coupons which I could apply and get discount for my online shopping.
After receiving the card when I logged into the site I didn't get any offer or discount coupons. There were some hyperlinks to some sites those already were giving discount on there sites. For these discounts no one needs the discount card Optimist marketing is offering. Anyone can visit these sites directly and get the items with discount.
When I called them back they denied all such things and said they never promised such things. Was this information helpful? |
