Optimist Marketing — Improper offer details and non accountability

I received a call from optimist marketing executive saying that the call is from master card/visa card credit card services.
The offer which was narrated to me were: against payment of rs 4998.

1. Ucb gift box

2. One couple movie ticket voucher worth rs 500.

3. W card (Discount card) which will be valid across 5000 stores in the country including large stores such as pantaloons and shoppers stop and across all the shopping websites like flipkart through the main website, not through some other third party website.

In the booklet which i received, there is no big store listed and all other stores are small roadside stores.
Only shopping is also through third party website.

4. Sports shoe: size directed by me was us 9, i received us 11

When i complained about this, the executive was also very rude and was not ready to listen to me. He is denying to have said anything like that.

I have recording to prove myself and i also demanded their recording copy to confirm.

These type of companies should be banned because they provide wrong details so that customer will listen to their call.
Like in my case, they said that they were calling from visa/ master card services.

I have not used any of the product and would urge to cancel it and get my money back as it is a fraud company.

I also came across many complaints about this company that they provide wrong information.
