I recharged an idea number of rs.65 but I DID not receive any recharge. The amount was deducted from my bank account, I want you to see to it and the problem is resolved as soon as possible.

Balance not added to mobikwik account
transaction cca13ahat879lfg2198428 DID not succeed due to network error.Balance has been deducted from my sbi account and was credited to ccavenue bills account number 30993845637 and later was not credited to my mobikwik account..please refund my rs.65 back into my account

i am idea custemar and I am having a complaint of extra charges deducted from my balance.
plz my request idea custemar my complaint not reply said complint is process...........
daly my account (-) belance no plan not stisfy..........
