Then i call him he says that he is an army man and posted in rajasthan. As the car is punjab registred so he cannot use that car in rajasthan as he says. So he urgently wants to sell his car. He says that we have to give no advance first when we got the car only then we have to pay him...

Not delivery...

I saw a car on olx maruti suzuki alto k10 vxi uk07dc0756 and i contact to this owner parminder singh (Indian army). He said my posting in lucknow than i transfer car by overnite express (Car and bike transport service). So i transfer rs. 27000 by paytm account to khem chand paytm account no.[protected] & ifsc code pytm0123456. But he did not send a car and don't refunded money. So i request you please refund my money....
