OYO — Asked for refund but didn't received yet

Hello I am one of the guest of who booked a room but then I tried to cancel because I didn't checked in and checked out for that particular day and rebooked another day for which I needed and then I am keep on taking follow ups for my refund of cancelled value and they are simply telling me over the call we have already initiated the refund money but unfortunately I haven't received yet. OYO people are simply cheating the and delivering the commitment whatever they're promising. They even deleted the details even too which is they even tamper with the booking details part and there's hardly any privacy or security in their app. I'll request the whosoever is reading this article not to book from OYO platform. And the booking id are mention here i.e. XTNL8386.
