i Akash raj booked hotel vip, kota. booking id HU0B9692. from 17th april to19th april of amount 1646rs. After reaching in the premises the hotel staff denied my entry saying that we have cutoff our ties with oyo as they are not processing pur payments. i also called customer care, they made me pay additional 109rs saying now the hotel staff will allow the entry, after the payment oyo service sent me a message saying that my booking id has been changed and the booking details has been changed, the oyo staff ensured that its nothing to worry about, now that booking id is also showing invalid.
Just because of all this and late night i paid them AGAIN the charges of the same room that they asked me.
after complaining in customer care they said that they will return the money but a day later they e-mailed that thay cannot validate my claim.
