OYO app is listed with many properties that includes fake properties and customer support receives the call and puts you on hold with no further response or update.
I made a booking and I cannot reach the property with the given phone number and alternate number provided was also a wrong number.
then OYO customer care suggested to cancel the booking as there was a technical glitch in OYO systems which resulted in short payment due to error in promotional code and thereafter after I cancelled, refund of booking will effect to credit to original source in 7 days...
OTO customer care puts on hold and never unhold till the call drops... and when you make a call again, its starts all over and you willl not get a resolution.
Total Damages is around INR 7500 excluding the time spend between Jan 5, 2024 between 9A and 1PM.. and the loss of my time. Was this information helpful? |
