I'd booked a hotel for 5 dec 2023 to 9 dec 2023 at noida, but when I reached the premises, the manager told that there is no such booking and I was asked to find another hotel. The OYO customer care assisted me and told that our contract with hotel ended and not updated on oyo app so will initial a full refund and assured that this amount will be refunded within 7-14 days. I also have a written confirmation from them via their twitter ID. PLEASE have them refund me my money, as this breaks trust and is a very unfair and unjust practice.i had also raised this to cyber crime

The worst part is when we try to connect support they just say there is no such booking & when we connect through application show booking older than 90 days are not allowed
