I made a payment for a hotel booking in Oyo application. The payment amount was 1088. The amount was deducted but the booking was not confirmed so no booking Id was generated. I called the customer care several times but they didn't solve the issue and kept forwarding my calls. The upi transaction Id is[protected]. I want to get my refund for the aforesaid amount. The screenshot of the transaction is attached herewith for reference.
