OYO — Requesting to Refund my payment

There is a scam going on...
booking id : DK9T9242
I booked the room on 26th of july for the 2 days ...and i cancelled it at 06:08 am .
it was showing if you cancel the booking you get whole refund i have the screnshot whuch i cant attach here .later on i made a call to the customer care number they are saying you should have to cancel this on 25th of july then you get your refund .When i booked it on 26th how can i cancel this on 25th???
Neither refunding nor let to stay in that property
