My booking ID is TGCK6071. I booked through Oyo rooms on 29th Nov 2015 and cancelled the same day my booking. But I still did not get any money in my account. In the past 20 days, I have called more than 100 times and every time I get different reply. First They were saying that oyo will not refund the money. Then I talked to them about money then they said that it is being processed. Now oyo is saying that on 10th of December 2015, they have refunded the money, but I still didn't get any update on this. I contacted my bank and they are saying that they didn't get any request for the same. When I asked oyo to send me details where they are able to see that my money is refunded, they are refusing to send the same. I am really pissed off! I used to recommend my friends to choose oyo rooms, but now it seems that I should stop them! Please return my money asap.
