I was booking an Oyo in gandhinagar through application. When i was paying, the amount got deducted but it showed that retry payment booking failed. And in the app it is not showing anywhere. When I tried to reach customer care they asked for booking Id. How can I get booking I'd without a successful booking?. When I tried again the customer cared agent told me that he is transferring my call to his senior and put me on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. I want my money back which was 1271.
