I booked a guest room and I cancelled it within 15 mins due to change in plans .It shows free refund with full amount .Nothing showed up and I contacted customer care they got my Booking id and they told me to wait in the call for 10 mins, call came way far from 10 mins. I want my refund, please look on to it.
