I have been denied check in to the Oyo property collection o 78675 collection o key rooms for booking ID AJ3P4613, when we went to the property they said we are not taking bookings through Oyo now. They asked us if we want they can shift us to a near by property, which is not even decent and we denied. I called 100 times to Oyo customer care from the app and they said I can’t contact the property and are manager they are not picking and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected the line.
As of today, 21st May I called them again and the customer care executive Shoaib who said the property manager has denied this and said they are taking in bookings through Oyo, I asked to put on conference and he said she is not picking up anymore.
I have not been refunded yet, I have never stayed at this property for this booking and on the app it shows check in and checked out. This is such a bad experience with Oyo hotels and I will never book again. I need my refund back from them Was this information helpful? |
