[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — false advertising

Address:Westyard Hotel, 5 Green Park Main, New Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi

I booked a hotel for 2 night with oyo from 20th jan - 22 jan, 2020. The hotel was suppose to be 3 stars with basic amenities. After reaching here, there is no wifi, the room is dirty. There are stains on the bed sheets and spider webs on my lamps. I even have photos as proof.
I contacted oyo, but they did not resolved the issue. I paid rs 4871 for this place and i want my money back. This is false advertising and looting people.

I need a solution not an apology. I want part of my payment back as it was hoax and i was scammed for an hotel.

The name it self is oyo on your own they have nothing to do with hospitality they do no not know the meaning, the so called entrepreneur of hospitality business cant even run a hospital and they are absolutely shameless about any complaint as long as money is flowing in from soft bank
