I have made additional payment of 700 at oyo reception in front of cctv.
They receptionist mentioned that they do not see booking id at their end and can't let me check in. This went onn for like 10 mins and then I was asked to pay. I was scanning a QR named as oyo at property but then, they forced me to scan another qr on a paper.
Before paying them I asked them to write on a paper to give me proof that they do not see a booking id of me. Or if they will give me a payment receipt of it. But the receptionist denied to it.
I had to go to hospital n I had a broken leg fractured patient with me. I had to check in n visit to hospital.
I called oyo CS thrice. My call wasn't connected twice n for the 3rd time I was disconnected from call after putting on hold.
How am I supposed to pay extra? I submitted the payment confirmation that I was forced to pay before check in. But that has been termed as invalid.
This all happened in visibility of cctv. Why doesn't oyo check cctv.
I am beign forced to take legal action against oyo if they don't refund my money. I will file a case of mental harrasment and money extortion in different ways from client. Was this information helpful? |
