[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Hotel does not exists / No booking at hotel | |||||
I have used the OYO app first time, we have shifted to Mumbai on 28th and booked a hotel using OYO app for 3 nights in khar west . I didn't face any issue with that . On 1st we wanted to extend our stay, but we couldn't bcs rooms were not available in the same hotel . I again used the same app to book another hotel in andheri east ( Booking ID WUQP2619), I reached there but could not any decent hotel with the same name there . I searched for other hotels near by, but no rooms were available in any of them . Due to the same, we spent the whole night in cab, and after getting confirmed booking mail/message from OYO rooms, we were sent back from hotels saying that we are full, and we are not taking ny bookings . if the rooms are sold out, why the hell this app is showing confirmed booking . I have been going through lot of mental pressure and agony due to OYO rooms . its disgusting on their part as how they are running their business by fooling around . I need a reply to this asap .
