[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — money deducted from bank but payment failed due to some technical error and no booking id provided | |||
I paid 1151/- using my debit card via paytm, the payment was not completed and the payment was failed. The oyo app malfunctioned and said the payment for booking could not be completed due to a technical error. However, the amount got deducted from my bank account, even after contacting paytm they told me that the mercent (In this cass oyo) has received the payment, you need to contact them. Customer care executives are not responsive and transfer the call to refund department which never picks ups the call. The only information i got from oyo is: I have not paid any amount whereas my bank statement says otherwise. Please resolve this issue and refund me at the earliest as it’s going to be 1 week for the same. Date of booking: 1st may Somebody please come up with a solution. Always unhygienic rooms supplied, cheated customer by showing room of wrong pictures, my previous three bookings shows the same experience.
