It has been more than 2 months and have not received the refund amount back even after providing the new account details. After 4-5 days they provide the UTR # but have checked with the bank and does not find such transaction.
I am really fed up for requesting to pay the refund amount. I just want to know from oyo team whether they are interested in refunding the amount or not ????????????????
Can anyone help me in this. My booking no. is NQHA5980
