[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No refund for my cancellation | |||
I booked 2 Oyo Rooms on 15th August. Then I cancelled my booking the next day as I did not need it. To This I was entitled full refund. So I told them accordingly. They asked for my account details. I gave them the details. But they did not respond. After a few days when I again contacted them they told me that he account details were wrong so I sent them different details. To this also they have not yet sent any refund. I have sent them many warning mails but they just don't seem to care. Was this information helpful? | |||
