I booked oyo life residence for one month starting from 10th october, 2019 for three residents that include my two sick brothers. I paid the charges for three o[censored]s (As per their coupon discount policy) and one month’s rent without any discount as the security deposit for all the three occupants as per their rental policy. Again as per the terms and conditions of our contract, i emailed oyo life checkouts the notice for vacating on 10th november 2019 after completion of one month for all three o[censored]s. The notice was served 30 days in advance on 10th october 2019 as per their policy stating that all three o[censored]s will vacate the unit on 10th november 2019.
The rent for the october cycle is already paid for all three occupants. However, the rent for 10 days of november is due for all o[censored]s. Now, they are sending me the notice for payment for entire november 2019 and not only 10 days period starting from 1st november 2019. This is violation of the contract that we have executed with them. Their saying is since i did not serve the notice using their app (Oyo life app), they will not accept my notice. This ridicules me because my vivo y53 model phone is not able to download their app and i have sent them the screenshot of the same, where it says "this item is not available in your country". I have sent them all the information and several request through email and also made several phone calls for this, but in vain. They are highly uncooperative and making us suffer financially on account of their cheating and fraudulent instructions. I need help and support from your team on this account to avoid getting cheated by this company further and getting my equitable refunds back to us on time.
