[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo money was to be provided as an apology for hotel staff misbehaviour and delayed service in february but not credited till yet | |||
It's so bad to experience such a pathetic and lathargic approach by oyo rooms. I stayed in one of the oyo hotels in sikkim-gangtok named sikkim heritage in february 2019; where the hotel staff was totally unaware of their responsibilities and customer's comfort. I had to bear a lot there. Then i registered a complaint which was taken by a customer relations manager named navya who committed to provide ₹500 oyo money in my app account as an apology which is not credited till yet. A mail committing the same was received on the same day but nothing has credited in my account. I think mr. Agrawal should not commit something which he can't fulfill.
