Oyo Rooms — Refund against my booking on 19th dec to 23rd dec

I had booked a room for my uncle and it was really very pathetic and no good service provided as i had booked for Check-in Tue, Dec 19, 2023 Checkout Sat, Dec 23, 2023,
Super OYO 75954 Neelkamal
27, Vn Purav Marg, Swastik Park, Chembur East, Mumbai. p=the amount full paid bt card 14419/- Booking details (ID: H88I6966).Since i talked to hotel people they were very rude to gesture anyone. my uncle left from the hotel and accomodate in another hotel.

This was ridiculous and not expected. I wish to complaint in the consumer forum regarding this.

Updated by [email protected] From Oyo they had called and talked about the refund, but the system does not refund in the same payment mode, they gave a voucher number to claim only applicable in SBI and ICICI bank. since I don't have an account in both of the bank I tried in ATM machine but says that 6-digit code which is not provided.
What a pathetic service even in rooms and also while refund really... I think you people doesn't value your customers.

Kindly request into this on urgent basis.
