[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund amount yet not received

I had booked hotel kala laxmi in aurangabad maharashtra on last month 22-12-18 on oyo app online, but because of technical reasons debited two times payment from credit card, request for refund that additional amount of rs.3758/- but still they have not refund to my account, when i follow for my complaint and they saying only that we will refund, but it's taken longer time and problem is not solve, refund still not done. Oyo refund complaint ticket number is 12180507,
Please help to get refund amount in to my account.
