Recently Approx 18 Days Before When I Had Visited Kolkata, I Booked A Hotel From Oyo App
But After Going To Hotel They Denied The check-in.
So I Had Called The Customer Care Executive And I Told Him To Cancel The Booking Because The Hotel Manager Is Misbehaving With me And Not Allowing me to check in .
But after some time, the Hotel manager told me To Cancel the Booking, The Full Refund Will Automatically Come Within 7-14 Days . So He Took My Phone And Cancelled the Booking.
After That I Had Booked The Hotel Offline In Kolkata.
So Within 2-3 Hours, The Amount of Rs 573 Has Arrived . But I Had Paid Rs 2173 In Oyo App. So I Posted the Tweet in X, And The Customer Care Called me .
Not A Single Update Was Given By Them And Asked
Aapne Wo Hotel Me Nhi Ruka to koi Dusre Hotel me ruke hoge na
I Told Yes
So they ask
Can you please Mail me the Invoice / Bill of that hotel which you booked offline. So I Did the Mail. 12 Days Had Passed, Till Now, I am Not Getting Any Update From Oyo.
Till Now The Refund Amount Hasn't Arrived.
Please Help Me . it Was My Hard Earned Money.
