I booked a room in jaisalmer for 27th december. However the plan cancelled. Before cancellation I called the support asking if there will be any cancellation charges or not. one of the executives told me to cancel and assured me that the money will be refunded. after cancellation to check when they will refund my money I called again and another one told me it will not get refunded due to property known issue. While booking I did not get any notification that this is non refundable property while. They said when you booked the room you might have got the email saying this but when I booked nothing was there. I have a proper email from OYO in which nothing is written about non refundable. Kindly look into this matter . I can show the email if required
