Oyo Rooms — Refund not received after 14 days after cancellation

I have booked a room and when rrached there the hotel owner denied my booking and asked to call oyo and cancel. So i called customer care and initiated a cancel and they told like refund will be available within 14 days. But the refund is not credited after 14 days.
