[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund not received even when the administration confirmed it thrice

It is very upsetting and frustrating the way OYO room has reacted. I had to cancel a booking due to some reason, 20 days in advance. The administration confirmed that the refund would be processed. We have exchanged over 20 mails all of which seem to be written by a pre-recorded system. Have called them around 5-8 times. Everytime they take my account details and I patiently hope that I'll get my money back. Yet nothing happens. Please OYO rooms take the action as soon as possible. Are you genuine as reflected from your website or are you just a fraud. Booking Reference No. RFKO5679
